Built by Tim Tyler in 1993 this semi trad boat is painted in dark green with a cream roof. She was last blacked in September 2021 with two coats of blacking and has 4 anodes fitted. Height to Cabin Centre 6ft 6” (2.03m)
Insulated with polystyrene and lined with oak faced ply and dark wood trim, the lower panels are set to wall paper or carpet and the floor is wood effect LVT. The fit out was originally done professionally and has had several areas refurbished over the years.
Entrance is down a step with a corner cupboard to one side with and a squirrel stove on the other set on a very large tiled hearth. The rest of the saloon is set to free standing furniture.
The galley comprises a long set of units to on one side with a set of side doors beyond and on the other a fridge/freezer Howdens units and drawers with high gloss finish and a Formica worktop with a free standing cooker and a stainless steel sink and drainer with Bosh gas hot water unit.
The bathroom comprises of small bath with thermostatic mixer shower over. A vanity unit with sink and a Dump through toilet. The walls are clad in marbled white wet wall board behind the bath.
Entrance to the bedroom is through a door. It has a fixed double, overhead is a wall mounted cupboard with reading lights and radio. At the foot of the bed is a wall hung cupboard and shelf. The base of the bed houses a large drawer. Beyond the bed is an entrance/ exit (.9m) with a wardrobe hanging space, which is open a cupboard and ladder steps to the rear of the boat.
Beta redline diesel engine last serviced 2020 with twin alternators 4 x 6v , Denca batteries giving 450 amp hours on the domestic side and 1 starter battery. There is a landline connection and a solar panel giving 315watts with a controller, And a 1000 watt inverter.
2 x 13 kg gas bottles. 3 x fire extinguisher and fire blanket, Mooring Equipment. Water hose, cat flap.
