With one owner from new she was originally built in 2009/10 as a 40ft Cruiser style boat by MNB Boat Builders, but then was extended by Colecraft and refitted by Kate Boats in 2012. She was originally fabricated from 10/6/4mm steel.
She was repainted in Green and cream livery in 2019, she has chrome mushroom vents and windows along with other deck fittings,. There is a large rear deck which is of a square design which give you much more space it has a pram style canopy over the rear deck with windows to allow light in. In 2019 she had 6 anodes replaced along with 2 coats of blacking.

Entrance from the rear deck is down three ladder style steps, each side is flanked by a cupboard before the galley units which run down each side of the boat. The units are limed oak effect with a specked worktop. To the left hand side is a number of drawers and cupboard next to which is a 12v shoreline fridge. Above is set a stainless steel sink , and at the end is a tall unit with space for a dustbin and open storage shelves . On the opposite side is a large under counter cupboard with workspace over, beyond which is a freestanding Hotpoint/Creda cooker with 4 rings oven and grill.
This large airy saloon is set in to two areas, one which can be used for free standing furniture of your choice and the other containing an L shaped dinette.
In the centre set on a tiled hearth is a Morso squirrel stove. The whole area is a light open and airy space which feels like it should belong to a boat much bigger then 50ft.
The L shaped dinette is covered in a red valour type material and has storage underneath, it can be converted to a double bed for occasional use and has a table for dining. At the end of the dinette is a low storage cupboard and there is a corner cupboard by the galley which has the TV sat on it.
Set is a side cabin is the bathroom. To one side is a shower cubicle with a glazed door, it has brown marble effect style wet wall, on the opposite wall is a corner a vanity unit with basin, and a Thetford cassette toilet. The basin has a mirror above and holders for soap and tooth brushes.
The last cabin contains the bedroom, comprising of a fixed double bed with storage under, it also has cupboards above and a wardrobe at the foot of the bed, with a corner cupboard opposite before the front doors leading out. There are two small drop down shelves on either side of the bed, just big enough for a cup.
Under the rear deck is a beta 38 with a declared running hours of 1150 with a PRM 150 gearbox. There is 1 starter battery and 4 domestic batteries, along with a landline connection with a galvanic isolator, there is also a 2 kw inverter.
There is a diesel boiler with 3 radiators along with a solid fuel stove in the saloon.
2 x 6kg gas bottles, mooring equipment, anchor, life ring, water hose with reel, carpet sweeper, stove fan.
