S/F Stove with rads.
Built by the well know shell builder Colecraft with an original thicknesses of 10/6/4mm. Her hull was Shot-blasted & blacked with 2-coat epoxy end 2013 and then recoated in 2015. She has a 500L water tank and a 250L fuel tank. She was last surveyed in 2015 (survey available to view)
She has a cruiser style stern with a taff rail, steel wind dodger, crosswise bench, Fitted & windowed “pram” cover. Painted mushroom vents, 2 ‘Houdini’ hatches + fitted covers, brass fairleads. Equipment rack. Wide, glazed deck board & ‘windowed’ cratch cover. Gold coloured top-hopper windows and brass porthole. She is painted with a Cream roof and blue sides.
Headroom approx. 6’4” max. She has Polystyrene insulation covered with a varnished pine T&G roof & upper sides with Brown cord carpeted lower sides. The floor is laid to textured oak-plank effect vinyl flooring. Fitted throughout is secondary double glazing.
Entrance is down a step and in to a large salon currently furnished with a free standing sofa bed and small table. To the rear of the lounge lies a Morso Squirrel solid fuel stove with back boiler set on a red and black tiled hearth.
She has a Walk-through galley which has. Solid oak-strip work-tops , 2 white finished double-cupboards & 6 self-closing drawers under. Deep circular s/steel sink & separate matching drainer. Indesit free standing gas oven, grill & 4-burner hob (new 2014). Electrolux dual-fuel fridge. Wall-mounted Morco gas water-heater, behind the one side is set a beige splash back panel. Additional light and ventilation is provided by a Houdini hatch.
Beige upholstered banquette, storage drawers under, with solid wood-strip demountable table. At the end there is a tall wardrobe & cupboard. 2 shallow cupboards.
It has a Glossed white laminate wall cladding. Black slate tile-effect vinyl flooring. With a curtained shower tray. A Fixed Thetford cassette toilet. Small ceramic wall-basin. On the wall is a large mirror and corner shelves in the shower and above the sink. There are ceiling mounted lights and an extractor fan.
Entrance and or exit from the boat is through a series of steps inside the boat and continuing in the aft deck. This room offers many possibilities as it has such a large open area at the back, which could be utilised in many different ways. There is a fixed double bed with 5 drawers & storage shelf under. There are also a set of side doors and a Houdini hatch.
