HULL:

Built by sea otter in 2000 with a last recorded thickness of 5.7—6mm aluminium, this compact little boat has a small but serviceable front cratch and a good sized square back deck area with rail around. Around the boat is the rubber rubbing bar. She is painted in a mid blue with gold coloured windows and potholes and surface mounted grab rail. The roof has a hatch for extra light and ventilation.

FIT OUT :

Originally fitted by sea otter this compact boat comprises of 1 main living sleeping area , with yellow painted faced plywood, the floor is covered with vinyl and carpet tiles

SALOON (5.15ft/1.57m)

The saloon area comprises of steps leading to the bow of the boat and a solid fuel stove (Wentworth fitted 2013) set on a tiled hearth and a small banquet seating area to one side.

GALLEY (3.93ft/1.2m):

Adjoining the seating area is a compact kitchen with hardwood worktop and bespoke cupboards and drawers also painted yellow. There is a round s/s sink with tap and a Caprice full sized cooker with 4 ring hob.

BATHROOM (3.37ft/1.03m):

This compact bathroom houses a small handbasin and Thetford cassette toilet with the mid area being used for a shower. The walls are covered in a white painted board.

Bedroom (7.08ft/2.38m):

Divided from the living area by a half height bulkhead is the fixed double bed with corner yule post. To the foot and side of the bed are some storage shelves and a small wardrobe along with access to the bathroom. Beyond these are steps leading out to the back deck

ENGINE ROOM & ELECTRICS :

Under the rear deck boards ( new 2021) is a Nanni NK 375 KC 21 HP engine with a technodrive TMC40M gearbox and a water lubricated stern gland. There is 1 starter battery and 2 domestic batteries. Hot water is provided by the calorifier from the engine and heat is provided by a Trumatic E2400 gas fired warm air heating system and or the solid fuel stove. For such a small boat she also has a vetus bow thruster.
