HULL:

Built by Dave Thomas in 2000 she was originally 15/6/5/4 and she is painted in light blue (2016) with a grey roof, the roof was repainted in 2021.The hull was blacked in September 2021 and has 6 anodes fitted.

BERTHS: 2/4 Berth

FIT OUT:

Spray foam insulated and lined out in cherry with cherry trim. The floor is laid to karndean throughout.

SALOON (15.5ft/4.7m):

Entrance is through the wooden doors and down step, to the one side is the Morso squirrel stove set on a blue tiled hearth and the other is a corner unit with narrow glazed unit with drawer and a book shelf beyond. On the wall are two small glazed corner units. There is a space to accommodate free standing furniture and an L shaped dinette towards the stern of the saloon with a small and large table. There is a full height bulkhead with a glazed unit dividing the saloon from the galley opposite is a set of side doors. The wall has individual wall lights and there is a Houdini hatch for extra light and ventilation.

GALLEY (8.5ft/2.59m):

The kitchen is built with cherry wood units and has a Formica worktop with a white resin sink and drainer. It has a Thetford cooker new 2019 with a separate 4 ring hob, a shore line 12v fridge and a Beko dishwasher. Opposite the end of the kitchen is another set of side doors. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the engine room at the stern of the boat.

BATHROOM (6.2ft/1.8m)

Beyond the galley is the bathroom comprising of a small bath with shower over, a dump through toilet with holding tank and a vanity unit with sink with cupboard over. The wall over the bath is covered with white and fish motif tiles. There is also a porta potti which again is stored in the engine room.

BEDROOM (9.4ft/2.86m):

Has a fixed double bed with cupboard above and storage below with a full height wardrobe at the foot of the bed. There is a small fold up shelf useful for drinks. There is an Alde gas boiler which is attached to fin rads and radiators which are located throughout the boat.

ENGINE ROOM & ELECTRICS (6ft/1.82m):

Through the side door is access to the engine room. It houses a Beta 43 new in 2013 she was last serviced in September 2021. she has a PRM 260 gearbox she has an Electrolux 3kw generator. It has a landline with galvanic isolator along with an inverter and charger, 1 engine and 4 domestic batteries. Heating is provided by an Alde gas heater with fin rad and a S/F stove.

OTHER EQUIPMENT:

2 x 13 kg gas bottles. Mooring Equipment, water hose, New top box built in 2021.
