This striking boat has a graceful swept line, with a large bow area, covered by a cratch, gleaming portholes and sign written panels to her stern. She is painted in dark green with a red handrail and red oxide roof with a pigeon box, brass mushrooms and circular roof lights. She is fitted out with a tongue and groove roof, painted in white. Scumbled ply upper sides and lower sides are carpeted. The main accommodation area is laid to solid oak flooring, whilst the bathroom has a tiled floor and the engine room has painted ply.
Entrance is through to solid doors which are decorated with traditional art work. On one side is a free standing unit with drawer and to the other is the hearth with the Morso squirrel stove (2016) There are two very comfortable free standing Laura Ashley arm chairs, light is provided by the ceiling mounted lights as well as several 12v oil lamp style wall lamps. Towards the rear of the saloon is a unit with a drop down table and opposite is a set of side doors with opening roof hatch.
The L shaped galley has an under counter 12v fridge freezer and a Thetford Oven and Grill along with a number of bespoke units. The counter top is made of solid oak with an inset Belfast sink and Thetford three burner hob new in (2108) following on from the kitchen is a large cupboard which also houses the paloma water heater providing you with plentiful hot water.
Has a fixed double bed with cupboard, and shelf with reading light over and drawers under. Pretty curtains provide privacy.
The bathroom has an attractive tiled blue and white floor. It has a custom built oak unit with a bowl sat on top. There is a Thetford 356 Porta Potti.
Sat in pride of place in this boat is a Lister 1939 CE Engine which was last reconditioned in 2003 and last serviced in April 2021. Attached to the engine is a Borg warner 10-17-004 1:1 SW5353 gear box. The engine has 2 x 45 amp hour alternators she has a pro charge battery charger with a landline connection and galvanic isolator with 1 starter and 3 domestic batteries. The engine room has two sets of side doors and a pigeon box along with a day tank with hand pump approx. 7.5g. There are spotlights in the ceiling to add extra illumination for gongoozlers to get a better look.
The authenticity of this boat continues in the boatman's cabin, which has everything as it should be including a classic cooker with brass fiddle rail.
