The hull was built in 1999 by floating homes with an original steel thickness of 10/6/4. She is dark green in colour with cream coach lines and a red handrail. She has large hopper style windows at the front and port holes at the rear. Her neat bow is covered by a cratch and her stern is of a traditional style. She has a integrated steel water tank. Height to Cabin Centre 6ft 3” (1.94m)

BERTHS: 6 Berth


The steel has been treated and painted internally prior to being insulated with fire retardant polystyrene. She has been insulated up to 50mm thick the ceiling is clad with tongue and groove painted cream with contrasting beams, the upper sides are Oregon pine and the lower sides are Douglas fir the floor is laid to Douglas fir planks.

SALOON (9.8ft/3m)

Entrance in to the saloon is down a small step and in to a light spacious area either side of the front door is a dresser style unit there are two comfortable are chairs, which are capable of converting to beds and in the far corner is a solid fuel stove in a red enamel colour set on a corner hearth. There are a number of wall lights and large windows flood light in.

GALLEY (7ft/2.16m)

Separated from the saloon by decorative bulkheads is the kitchen it has bespoke cupboards and drawers to both sides set in a wooden surround with painted fronts, the worktops are made of beech, on you left is a 4 ring vannette hob and oven with grill in a red colour there is a 12v fridge and a sink. And to your right is a worktop area on which the and a tall larder cupboard.
Dinette(6.2ft/1.94m) After the galley is set the raised pullman dinette with attractive wooden detailing and a wooden table under are drawers for storage. There are some reading lights and a 240v electric point.

BATHROOM (3.9ft/1.2m excluding shower):

This large spacious bathroom has a lovely large shower cubicle with door the shower walls are clad in Pine tongue and groove. There is a Thetford cassette toilet and a handbasin with vanity unit below.

BEDROOM (10.4ft/3.1m):

This large bedroom has a substantial wardrobe in it and a cross bed, under the bed is storage in the form of drawers. The wardrobe at the far side of the bed contains the electrical systems and the E5 Kabola boiler which powers the radiators.


In the engine room at the rear of the boat is a BMC 1.8 engine with a PRM gearbox she has 1 starter battery and 2 domestic 180 APH batteries, the calorifier is in engine bay, there is a 240 on the land line connection at either end of the boat with a change over switch the landline powers the sockets a 50am battery charger and a small inverter is fitted for powering items such as a computer. The immersion heater is also operable when the landline is connected.
