This cruiser stern boat has accessible throttle controls from the tiller position, when I moved the boat she was nimble and responded well when asked to turn even under very little power. Her gas is situated in the stern in two separate lockers which act as handy seats. In the bow there is obscured glass panel in the cratch board and a green canvas cover. Her livery is Green with cream coach lines and a cream roof panel. (repainted 2019). She is fitted out in painted ply giving her a light and airy interior and she has oak coloured laminate flooring throughout. Inside you forget she is only 45ft long and there is an abundance of storage spaces for a small boat.
Entrance is down a couple of steps and though a side door. The rear cabin had a tall wardrobe and Alde boiler a fixed double with cupboard and shelf over with reading lights. The walls are painted white and the cupboard doors are in a duck egg blue.
This bright airy bathroom has a Sealand dump-through toilet, a vanity unit with 12v razor point and mirror over. It has a Hip bath with shower and curtain. The entire bathroom is panelled with aqua board in a brown marble effect to ensure longevity of the bathroom.
To the one side there is a 12v fridge under and there are a number of base units again painted white with duck egg blue doors. There are then a number of tall cupboards which could be used as food storage or for clothes. On the opposite side is a sink and drainer in stainless steel a small area of worktop and then four ring green gas hob inset in to green formica worktop with oven and grill below (vanette GG7000). On the wall beside is a utensil handing rail and spice rack.
This surprisingly spacious saloon has a free standing two seater sofa a wall mounted tv with signal booster and an Arrow S/F stove fitted in 2003. There is a folding table and stool.
Under the deck she has a Vetus 4015 engine new in 2007 with a technodrive TMC 60 gearbox and 50amp alternator. She has 1 engine battery and 3 leisure batteries.
