For somebody looking to live aboard with all the comforts of a house then this boat has it all, along with a huge pedigree.
Elouise is a lovely Hudson Shell she has a C spec original steel thickness of 15/6/5/4 with all the features you would expect from such a builder, with recessed panels and simulated rivets, sleek Josha style bow lines, two side hatches and a Houdini hatch for extra light.
Outside she has traditional decoration with scumble edged panels infilled with dark blue. She has mushrooms on the roof which has been coated so they do not need cleaning also s/steel fender chains and shackles. She has just been blacked prior to coming to the market (Nov 2020). And has had a new dark blue cratch cover by AJ canopies.
She has a stainless steel water tank of approx150 gal and a diesel tank of 50 Gallons

She has been spray foam insulated and lined out with Oak veneered panels with oak trim, the majority of the boats floor is laid to vinyl but the bedroom has carpet. She has LED lighting throughout and the large windows in the saloon and galley are all double glazed.
Entry to the saloon is down two steps to the one side there corner unit on which stands the stereo above which is a wall hanging corner unit. The opposite corner houses the cream and black morso Squirrel Stove on a tiled hearth. Down the one side is a long unit with solid doors to one end and glazed door at the other to form a display unit. On the top is placed the Tv. There is a three seater sofa bed upholstered in a bold floral pattern.
This large walk though galley has bespoke cabinets built by Hudson with a large speckled formica worktop and co-ordinating splashback tiles, she has a stainless steel 1 1/2 bowl sink a built in oven and a 3 burner hob, she has a shoreline 12v fridge and a Panasonic microwave oven/grill. There are a set of side doors and a Houdini hatch for extra light and ventilation.
The next area of the boat is an extremely useful space within the boat it has a single dinette to the one side allowing dining for two and opposite there are a number of Beko appliances, there is an 8kg Washing machine with storage cupboard above a tumble dryer and a new freezer there are also a set of side doors.
The walk through bathroom has a clever design with the toilet being enclosed but using the same door to create the bathroom, the toilet is a sealand toilet with holding tank next to it is a very large enclosed tiled shower with glazed door and in the other corner is a vanity unit with basin and mirrored storage above.
Divided from the bathroom by a door is the bedroom as you enter there is a large cupboard on the right hand side followed by a bedside cabinet there is a good sized Cross bed with another wardrobe by the steps which leads to a door way to the engine room.
The engine room houses a Beta 43 declared running hours of 2476.3, it is attached to a PRM150 gearbox and was last serviced in 2020, it also has a dometic 3.5kw travel power for 230V power generation as well as a 3kw inverter with a Victron battery management system 1 starter and 4 domestic batteries. She has a Nobels 9 HP electric brow thruster, with it’s own batteries in the bow. Heating and hot water is provided by a Webasto Diesel boiler also a morso solid fuel stove with back boiler both of which can heat the 3 radiators.
2x13kg gas bottles, 4 x fire extinguishers and a fire blanket, mooring equipment. Water hose and reel. Solar panel output unknown. Ecoblade stove fan, First aid kit, Dyson Vacuum, 1 smoke alarm, and 2 co2 alarms, Auto satellite dish, Wi-Fi on board with home hub and additional ariel. Small chimney and cooli hat.
