NB Dreamchaser

HULL:

Originally built  in 2010 she was lengthened by 4ft and had her front well deck covered and two side hatches installed in 2014 by Fox Narrowboats, thus creating this unique boat. She was last repainted in her grey and sage grey livery in 2020 and she was also blacked in 2020, she is believed to have 6 anodes.

Height to Cabin Centre 6ft 4” (1.99m) in main cabin.

BERTHS: 2/4 Berth

FIT OUT :

She is lined with rock wool insulation and fitted out with ash faced boards and ash hardwood trim, with an ash floor throughout.

SALOON :

Because of her unusual bow entrance is through a side hatch with 2 large easy steps, forward of the steps is the covered bow with a light and airy feel, no matter what the weather. Raised section Length 3m (9.8ft) The front bulkhead is fitted with a complete entertainment system which has a logic TV and DVD player, Sky box, an x box and a large number of speakers. Towards the stern of the boat is a step down (1ft drop, 30cm) length (4.25m, 13.9 ft) by the a Morso stove set on a tiled hearth followed by an L shaped seating area which can also convert to a double. While opposite is a desk/work station area. Beyond is a raised breakfast bar style seating/dining area with lift up hatch in floor.

GALLEY (7.21ft/2.20m):

The light airy galley has a set of side doors to each side with windows in so light can still come through even if they are closed. Down each side are a number of Dream narrowboats bespoke units, on one side is a good work top space with a full size oven and grill, while on the other is a Silverline 12v fridge, a condensing washer/dryer and a 1 1/2 bowl cream sink with drainer. There is also a 1/2 size freezer, and a microwave oven. (not currently in place)

BATHROOM (3.2ft/1m):

Set to the side is a bathroom with while tiled floor behind the door is a tiled cubicle shower, while opposite is a saniflo macerator toilet, a vanity unit with sink round bowl on top.

BEDROOM (8.85ft/2.7m):

Beyond is the bedroom with fixed double at the foot of the bed are a large number of storage cupboards and wardrobes.

ENGINE ROOM & ELECTRICS (3.9ft/1.20m):

A 43HP Isuzu Vetus engine last serviced 2020 with a standard grease lubricated stern gland, it has 2 starter batteries, 5 domestic batteries and 2 bow thruster batteries along with a Dometic engine run generator with a Mastervolt battery management system, complete with inverter charger output believed to be 3kw. And a Shore line socket with galvanic isolator. Heating is provided by a Webasto diesel heater and 3 radiators.

OTHER EQUIPMENT:

2 x 13 kg gas bottles. Mooring Equipment, roving satellite, x box.
