The Liverpool boat company shell has a semi trad stern with a front well deck covered in a cratch. She has a Neoprene pillon fresh water holder of approx. 450l and a diesel tank of 160l. She was built of 10/6/5 construction steel, she was last blacked in September 2019 and has 6 anodes fitted.

She has been spray foamed and lined in Ash ply which has been coated in white on the ceiling, the upper and lower sides are ash ply which have been varnished. The floor is Solid T & G American Oak with vinyl in the galley. She has a good ceiling height. The boat was fitted by the owner of a joinery company. There are attractive red and gold curtains throughout which complement the tiles and splash panels in the galley.
Entrance is down a step in to the lounge area which has a solid fuel Stovax Brunel stove set on a tiled hearth, to one side a corner cupboard with book shelves above the main part of the saloon has room for free standing captains chairs (please note the chairs are being removed), whilst under the gunnel is a wall unit hosing the TV, JVC Soundbar and storage. Beyond is a pullman style raised dinette upholstered in red fabric with inlaid dining table. Separated from the galley by an attractive smoked glass curved panel.
The galley has a number of solid oak custom built drawers and cupboards (Springwood Haven joinery) with a black speckled laminate worktop. There is a raised Shoreline fridge freezer, a domestic gas cooker with 4 burner hob, a composite sink and drainer with mixer tap. The walls are covered with decorative red and gold glass mosaic tiles and the ceiling and under the gunnel are a number of extra LED’s. Opposite is a slimline floor cupboards above which are the side doors. The candy washing machine is built in to the stern cupboards.
Entrance to the bathroom is through a sliding door. To the left is a Thetford cassette toilet (with 3 cassettes) next to a vanity unit with glass bowl. On the wall is mounted a large cupboard with mirrored doors, opposite is a shower with thermostatic mixer and glass door with a cupboard and shelves. The walls are lined with wet wall style panels. There are lots of small ceiling mounted led lights and an extractor fan which gives the bathroom a light and airy feel.
The bedroom houses an ottoman style bed which is extendable to create a full sized double with very little effort, above are a number of storage lockers and a wall mounted TV, a large floor to ceiling cupboard is just beyond at the foot of the rear steps, it has an inset mirror.
Mikuni 8.5kw diesel heater with 5 radiators.
Under the semi trad back deck is an Isuzu 35 with PRM 150 hydraulic gearbox and non lubricated type stern glad (Vetus), she was last serviced in May 2020.
There is a Victron inverter (3KW) and a Victron smart charger with 1 engine and 4 domestic batteries (AGM type) with a shoreline hook up and a galvanic isolator. On the roof are directional Solar panels with Victron controller which connects via Wi-Fi to phone app for up to date analysis. The boat has a number of 240 sockets with USB sockets.
