Built in 2000 with just two owners from new this boat is very well presented. Her bright red and dark and light Blue livery and matching blue pram hood are attractive, she was repainted in 2013 by Dave Bishop and has been very well maintained by her owner since, including a repaint of the roof only this year.
She has the distinctive Colecraft bow with a large semi trad area at the back capable of accommodating all your guests. She was last surveyed in 2012 and was blacked August 2019 and has 8 anodes fitted.
Height to Cabin Centre 6ft 5” (1.95m)
Spray foam insulated and fitted out with medium ash panels and mahogany trim. All cupboards and bulkheads are also made of ash veneered plywood. The floor has a mixture of carpet, vinyl flooring in the galley and cork tiles in the bathroom.
Entry from the bow is via glazed timber stable doors there is a Morso solid fuel stove set in a tiled surround, each corner has 2 cupboards with a tv and radio/CD and there are a number of book shelves. There are two light cream captain’s chairs with footstools. To the rear of the saloon is a work space area housing a desk and further shelves, these I am informed can be easily removed. Light in the cabin is provided by gold coloured windows a roof box and a number of ceiling mounted spots and strip lights.
Following on from the saloon is the walk through galley. It has beige and red granite effect work tops, there are many cupboards and drawers a stainless steel sink, Gas oven with grill and a four burner gas hob and a washing machine . Hiding in a cupboards are a large 12v freezer and 12v Fridge, a microwave oven.
The separate dinette has a lovely 4 seater pullman, which can also be changed to a “u” shaped seating area with small drinks table for a comfortable gathering with friends. It can also be converted to a double bed which makes it a completely versatile space. It also has two glass display cabinets. Light is provided by a large glass window and a set of side doors opposite.
This large bathroom is accessed by a sliding door, it has a generous quadrant shower cubicle with sliding door, a macerator toilet with gauge and a large vanity unit with basin and useful drawer.
This light bright bedroom has a fixed double bed with drawers under. Overhead is a cupboard with reading lights, and a shelf with CD/Radio player. At the foot of the bed are a number of wardrobes with ample hanging space, also an airing cupboard housing the calorifier with shelves over and opposite are a number of cupboards housing the electrics for the boat. Exit to the rear of the boat is up a number of steps and in to the large semi trad area, which can also be covered with a pram hood.
Under the rear deck boards is a Beta 43Hp engine and a PRM 150 gearbox, the engine is housed in a cocoon, there is 1 starter battery and 4 domestic batteries. There is also a 6KVA diesel generator which again is cocooned as well as a shore line connection with a battery management system inverter/charger with a 1.5kw output.
2x13kg gas bottles, 3 x fire extinguishers and a fire blanket, mooring equipment, hose and reel, anchor. Heating on the boat is provided by a morso squirrel stove in the saloon and a diesel fired heating system with fin rads and radiators down one side of the boat and a towel rail in the bathroom.
