Originally built for the holiday hire trade for the first 3 years of its life, its design of stern was brought in to give safety in still having side panels and space for relaxing and entertaining on those warm summer days, with ample seating for at least 4 on the stern deck and its reverse layout enhances this. Her livery is blue and cream with chrome mushroom vents and black double glazed windows. Although originally a hire boat it has been repurposed in to a comfortable liveaboard. Capable of accommodating a small family. She has a steel water tank of approx100 gal and a diesel tank of 40 Gallons Height to Cabin Centre 6ft 2” 1.90m
She has been spray foam insulated and lined out in ash faced ply with ash hardwood trim, the top panels have then been painted in a light cream. The floor is laid to LVT in all areas and the bathroom and utility have non slip vinal floors.
SALOON (10.4ft/3.2m) : Entrance is down three steps and in to the saloon area, currently furnished with two chairs which can be converted to single beds. Each side of the entrance has a cupboard on capable of accommodating wet weather items the other housing the engine panel and a handy shelf for cruising map books etc. There are two small tables which can be used for dining. Leading on to the galley.
The “u” shaped galley is compact but functional with a stoves 4 ring cooker with oven and grill. A s/s sink and drainer and a fridge freezer with space for a microwave. There is also an attractive display unit for plates and glasses, the units are in a cream gloss with integrated handles and the worktop is solid oak.
The first of the original “wet room” bathrooms has been converted to a utility room and currently houses a washing machine and a number of storage shelves.
Currently laid out as two single beds but due to its heritage can also be converted to a double. One single could easily be removed to create a bigger single bedroom or an office space. On end of the room houses a floor to ceiling wardrobe.
This bathroom has been laid out as a wet room to give ample space, the floor has a special wet room system installed and is the covered with a water tight non slip vinal and the walls are covered with a wet wall panel in a beige marble, there is a large wall mounted shower with mixer tap and a macerator toilet with holding tanks and wall mounted vanity unity with mirror over and a 12v extractor fan with integrated light.
Set a the bow of the boat is a fixed double with storage under and an over bed locker with reading lights and head board. At the foot of the bed are two low level storage units. Doors lead out on to the bow.
Under the stern deck is a Beta 43 engine with a 150 gearbox, and twin alternators, above deck is mounted the stern greaser. It has a 1.8kw Stirling inverter and a 10 amp battery charger. With 1 starter battery and 4 domestic batteries. A shore line connector. Heating is provided by a diesel fired radiators and a towel rail in the bathroom, an additional radiator is at the door of the back stairs and this is ran from the engine.
2x13kg gas bottles, 3 x fire extinguishers and a fire blanket, mooring equipment, life ring.
