This beautifully presented immaculate boat is defiantly going to be snapped up quickly, at 50ft she is a prefect size. Built in 2000 by Liverpool Boats this smart semi trad has a reported thicknesses 10/6/4mm. Last blacked in 2017 and fitted with 6 anodes in 2015. She is a very well presented boat in her Dark Blue, Cream and Burgundy Livery with Brass effect windows and mushroom vents. She has a charming picture of peter Rabbit on the side and this theme continues in a subtle way inside the boat. She has a rear cover over the semi Trad area and her bow deck has a hard wood partially glazed cratch board with a matching blue cratch cover which has windows and covers.
She has a professional fit out With solid oak T & G to the ceiling and upper sides with carpet on the lower sides where exposed. The floors are a mixture of carpets and vinyl floors in the galley and bathroom.
Height to cabin centre is — 1.95m
Entrance to the salon in though attractive wooden double doors with stain glass inlays. There are two steps down in to the spacious saloon which has corner storage cupboards on either side. To your left side is a TV point and sockets and the TV/DVD is included. Beyond the cupboards is an L shaped dinette upholstered in a Cream and Red fabric with matching scatter cushions, there is a radiator for heat at attractive wall lights as well as centre lights provide light on a dark evening. The dinette has two tables a larger one is stored in the lounge and a small one opposite the bathroom. A glazed ceiling mounted cupboard provides a divide between the saloon and galley.
Entrance in to the galley is off set to the side, this gives to quite substantial worktop areas. Again on your left are a large number of small drawers and a 12V fridge with cupboard beside, above is the glazed cupboard previously mentioned. To your right is a set of open shelves and a cupboard below on which is set a small green sink and drainer with matching 4 ring gas hob and Oven/Grill all in extremely good condition. Over the cooker is another storage cupboard with attractive carved wood detailing.
This adequate bathroom houses a white ceramic hand basin with chrome fittings with storage above and below beside is a Macerator pump out toilet. Opposite is a fully tiled shower with white marbled tiles and dark burgundy tiles. In the corridor backing on to the shower is a large double door ed cupboard and a side hatch with roof lid and attachable steps.
The raise double bed has storage under and a cupboard above with reading lights. To the foot of the bed is a dresser style unit with storage above and below and a mirror. Beyond is a sizeable wardrobe which appear to house the calorifier in the bottom and has handing space above.
Under the semi trad deck boards sits a Beta 35 which has 1268Hrs on it. With a PRM gear box. It has twin 70Amp alternators 1 starter battery and 3 domestic batteries, a land line connection with an immersion heater in the calorifier. Heating is provided by radiators the Eberspacher also in the engine bay.
