Built in 2003 by Liverpool boats with an original thickness of 10/6/4 she was last repainted in January 2020 in a light grey livery with cream accent. Last blacked in autumn for 2019. She has a stainless steel water tank. Height to Cabin Centre 6ft 3” (1.94m)
Was completed by a previous owner, the cabin sides and ceiling are panelled with wood and under the gunnels is mainly carpeted. Flooring is mostly a light grey planked effect laminate. This boat has a huge amount of storage for all the practical items associated with boat life. Entrance to this boat is via the rear deck through the engine bay.
Entrance / Exit is down a couple of steps and to the saloon. To the side of the door is a Arrow Becton Bunny solid fuel stove set on a tiled hearth and in the other corner is a shelved storage unit. There is a L shaped sofa which converts to a double bed, beyond is a half height bulkhead which forms the pullman dinette it is upholstered in a light green material to match the curtains and is on a raised platform in order to provide a view from the window.
This large galley style kitchen has lots of storage space with a tall double cupboard at the end and a number of wall and floor units, painted in a gloss grey colour, with green marbled worktop and white tiled splashback. There is a tall unit at the end housing the large double gas oven, fridge below and microwave above. There is a 4 burner gas hob set in the top next to the composite cream coloured sink and drainer. Opposite is a set of side doors for extra light and ventilation. In the bathroom is a washing machine.
The bathroom comprises a shower vanity unit with basin and a washing machine. The toilet and another wash hand basin are in a separate cubicle towards the rear of the boat. The toilet is a Separett Villa composting toilet with separate spare buckets.
Set in the middle of the boat is a Super King drop down bespoke bed with drawers underneath, beyond the bedroom is a large storage area with a cupboard below and hanging rail above, beyond is a side door through to the engine bay.
Isuzu 33HP engine with PRM 120 gearbox Webasto central heating to 4 radiators. Batteries : 4 x domestic, & 1 x starter. 240 volt shore line connection and a separate sterling battery charger and a 3000w inverter. On the roof are 4 directional solar panels producing up to 400w with a 30A MPPT controller supplied and fitted by onboard solar.
